There is a $2.00 discount if you own your own chip, but chip number must be entered on entry form.

Packet Pickup
Be sure and check the box on the entry form where you plan to pick up your packet. Packets will be available at the following 1st Place Sports locations on Thursday, March 25th from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday, March 26th from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Race Timing
The race will be timed using the ChampionChip (chip must be worn on your shoe during the race). Your entry fee covers the cost of the chip rental. If you have your own chip, you need to enter your chip number on the entry form, and deduct $2.00 from the entry fee. You must cross the timing mats to be included in the results. Do not wear your personal chip if you sign up on raceday!
Awards
After the 5K, overall and age group awards will be presented.
The event and course
Come run or walk through downtown Jacksonville to support the Sulzbacher Center. Your participation will help move men, women and children from homelessness into homes of their own. When our residents rejoin the community, the quality of life in Jacksonville improves for all of us! The 5K run and 1-mile walk will start and end at the intersection of Catherine and Monroe in downtown Jacksonville.
