Director of Race Timing
Stuart Toomey
Stuart, 23, has been the Director of Race Timing at 1st Place Sports for the last year. He goes to over 50 races a year, where he oversees all of the timing equipment and is in charge of results output. He began working at 1st Place Sports 4 years ago, where he started out working in the Baymeadows store helping customers, until he gradually shifted his time to the Race Office.
He ran all 4 years of Cross Country at Bishop Kenny High School, and was a member of the state championship team in 2003. His favorite race is the Gate River Run because it is the USA's 15K Championship Race.
In his free time, Stuart likes to golfing, go fishing in the St. John's River, go to Jaguar football games, and play poker.
