Come run this great race in Avondale! It is a 5K course through Jacksonvilleâs historic Avondale district. The course runs around Boone Park and along St. Johns Ave. Don't miss the post-race block party which will include a live band, free beer, and drawings for prizes!

Synergy Studio will be hosting a pre and post race stretch!
One of our very own therapists will take runners through a series of stretches to prepare their bodies for optimal performance during the race, and to aid in recovery after the race.
Pre-Race Stretch- 5:15 to 5:45
Post-Race Stretch- 7:00 to 7:30
The class will help to lengthen your muscle and fascia using Active Isolated Stretching. AIS provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups.
All runners are invited!

Packet Pickup
Be sure and check the box on the entry form where you plan to pick up your packet. Packets will be available from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Thursday September 15th and Friday, September 16th at the following 1st Place Sports locations. If you do not check a location, your packet will automatically be at the Baymeadows store. All packets that are not picked up will be moved to the race site for raceday pickup beginning at 4:30 PM.

Race Timing
The race will be timed using the ChampionChip (chip must be worn on your shoe during the race). Your entry fee covers the cost of the chip rental. If you have your own chip, you need to enter your chip number on the entry form, and deduct $2.00 from the entry fee. You must cross the timing mats to be included in the results. Do not wear your personal chip if you sign up on raceday!
Awards
Awards will be presented to the top three men and women overall, first masterâs male and female overall, and the top three in each of the following male and female age groups: 10 & under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, & 75 and over. Awards will be presented at an awards ceremony at 7:30 PM. Stay after the race for the post race celebration! Food and drinks will be provided! Great prizes will be given away!
